Component Control has developed an implementation approach that is intuitive, flexible and efficient. Our methodology leverages a combination of Component Control’s strengths and our customer’s resources. Ultimately, the implementation process is about knowledge transfer, change management, and achieving the strategic benefits associated with Quantum Control. We implement best practice processes that are already designed into Quantum, and then focus on activities that really matter to the customer’s implementation.

The fundamentals of the implementation process are training, process documentation, optimal process flow definition, and execution of the business process in a controlled environment. Having a committed partner through this process makes all the difference, and allows a successful transition to the new software system.
